African Dance w/Chakeesha
This class offers participants an opportunity to experience movements derived from the continent of Africa. It's a great way to workout in a group environment without a plan. The class is structured with a warm-up, a balanced workout and a cool down. This structure allows participants to properly raise their heart rate while loosening joints and muscles before jumping into a strenuous activity.
